Where to Stay in Seaside Heights: Casino Pier and Northern End of Town

If you’re headed to Seaside Heights with family in tow, staying near the arcades, rides, and the beach, of course, are probably at the top of your list. The northern end of town is also a little quieter, giving you close access to all of the restaurants and rides, with the quiet of a cozy beach town. Stay at the Hershey Motel that boasts the largest pool in town. Featuring every type of room from singles to two bedroom suites and apartments, an arcade, and free breakfast, all within one block of the beach, the Hershey Motel is a great place to stay with family and friends.

If you’re looking to be right on the beach, Sand and Surf Motel is ideal. Just steps to the sand and three blocks to Casino Pier, guests can make their eggs right in the kitchenettes while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic. Perfect for families, the Sunburst Motel and Suites  specializes in family vacations while the Colony Motel, just ½ block to the ocean is the perfect place to take breath of salty air, while you watch the little ones play on the beach all day long. For a prime viewing of the Wednesday night fireworks, check out Mark III Motel and the Aquarius Motel, featuring efficiency suites and within walking distance of the new roller coaster and ferris wheel.

Additional hotels include:
Anchor Motel
Aztec Ocean Resort
Belmont Motel
Four Winds Motel
Coral Sands Motel

Southern End of Town (South of Casino Pier)

Just as close to the lights of Casino Pier, but more in the restaurant “hub,” are motels and suites that offer both beach life and nightlife at your fingertips. If you’re looking to hit the beach during the day and check out the music, restaurant, and bar scene at night, these hotels offer prime locations with excellent accommodations. With the only all-suite property in town, the Sunrise Motel also hands out free pizza every Wednesday (who can say no to that?) With two on site grills and your own kitchenette, it may even tempt you to skip a night out and have a BBQ instead!

Fully renovated (there’s even a Jacuzzi suite for you romantics out there) and a half block from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and tons of entertainment is Sunset Motel. Also within walking distance to every attraction you could possibly want to check out is the Sea Palace Inn, right in the center of Seaside Heights.

For larger accommodations (think two bedroom apartments, full size refrigerators, and four burner stoves), check into Sea Garden Motel. Or if you’re interested in checking out the bayside, check in to Bay Breeze Motel, which is located in a quiet residential area that provides easy access to the bay, but is only a short walk to the beach and all the fun at Casino Pier.

Additional hotels include:
Dry Dock Motel
Franklin Terrace Motel
Glendale Motel
Sea Palace Motel
Seaside Sands Inn
Surfside Motel
Skyview Manor Motel

Luxury Beachfront and Bayside House Rentals

Want to get away, but still want it to feel like home? Why not rent a home from Lazy River Rentals. With a number of luxury rentals either by the beach, at the pier, or by the sea, you’ll be primed and ready to go no matter how big the family reunion gets! Choose from beach suites, stand alone homes, and one-bedroom homes overlooking Barnegat Bay or just steps away from Casino Pier. The best part about these rentals is that you can be assured they’re not only in great shape, but many come with access to extra facilities including pools, gyms, and of course, the beach!

No matter where you choose to rest your head after a long day spent riding the waves and the roller coaster, you can be sure that when you wake up the next morning you’ll be rested enough to have just as much fun!
